The extra-virgin olive oil ELECTO is produced  in Sicily (Italy) by the AITA farm situated in the area of Buccheri (Syracuse) in Contrada Sant'Andrea. The farm covers more than 7,5 ha of olive grove cultivated exclusively with Tonda Iblea “monocultivar” biological cultivation free from soil chemical and from fruit and plant phytosanitary treatment. The perfectly sound olives are hand harvested and then cold pressed with a continuous cycle process within few hours of harvesting. This high-quality extra-virgin olive oil is certified D.O.P. (Denomination of Protected Origin) Monte Iblei and as biological agriculture product.

ELECTO is characterized by a very low acidity level, high content of polyphenols (natural anti-oxidants), an intense fruity, green olive flavor with hints of tomato leaves and fresh grass and by a bitter and pungent harmonic taste. The quality, the tipicality and the genuineness are continuously guaranteed by the AITA's chemical testing laboratory specialized in the olive oil field.
